At least 18 motorists have been subject to social work sanctions for breaking the large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) rules in the mask operation held by Satpol PP, ASN and FKDM in Cipinang Muara Urban Village, Jatinegara, East Jakarta, on Thursday (3/4).

"We punish them to sweep the street for 60 minutes," said Cipinang Muara Urban Village Secretary, Ciptono.

According to him, the operation involved 25 joint personnel was conducted in the front of the urban village office in order to avoid traffic jam as the violators were immediately taken to the parking area.

"As long as the pandemic is not over, we will continue to monitor to suppress cases of COVID-19. It is in accordance with Gubernatorial Regulation number 3/2021 on the Implementation Regulation of Bylaw number 2/2020 on Countermeasures for COVID-19, " he closed.
